Postcards (Asterix & Obelix XXL 2)

A Postcard in the Remaster

The Postcards are a collectible exclusive to the Asterix & Obelix XXL 2 remaster, scattered around Las Vegum. The Postcards were purchasable in the original XXL 2, which were turned into collectibles. The reason for this could be that in the original, the Postcards were pretty expensive and since multipliers are a rather rare item in the remaster, they were turned into collectibles. Collecting them all rewards the player with an achievement as well as the same gallery images as seen in the original.

Lutetia (4)

Location	Detail
	Found when going down the water slide before entering the tutorial.
	Behind the house in the canal between Lutetia and Little Venetia.
	Hidden behind the Eiffel Tower.
	Accesssble after knocking over the Obelisk to enter LuckSore. Little Venetia must be completed in order to access it.

Little Venetia (4)

Location
	Hidden inside the channel once the player enters Little Venetia.
	Positioned behind the tall structure at the carnival.
	Located in a hidden area before entering the plaza. The area is across the other side of a small river. The postcard replaces a dealer zone.
	Located behind a wall at the market place. Only accessible with Obelix.

LuckSore (4)

Location
	Located inside a pyramid on the far left when entering LuckSore. It replaces a dealer zone.
	In the air reachable through a bumper.
	Behind a wall next to the target on the left.
	In a corner east from the lifting platforms.

WCW (4)

Location
	Hidden in a corner to the right of the WCW entrance guarded by multiple Romans.
	Positioned behind the plattforming structure in the Internetus.
	Located in a small alley to the right when entering the area containing challenges 3 and 4.
	Hidden behind the second house on the right in the fake Village.

Pirate Island (4)

Location
	Located inside the right corner of the building to the left at the beginning of the Pirate Island.
	On the rail inside the cave.
	To the right from the pushable block.
	To the right from the cable cart.

SeizeUs Palace (4)

Location
	Hidden behind a column on the left.
	Located on top of a staircase to the left inside the big casino room.
	At the bottom level of the fourth skyscraper.
	On a hidden platform far north.

Trivia

• Unlike the other collectibles, postcards lack VFX and spinning animation. The reason for this is unknown, but it may make them harder to notice.
